• Goal: to increase safe work practices by meeting industry standards and increasing retention of training
• Created interactive modules

• Packaged for deployment on CD
• Ensured conformity to industry standards (Enform IRP 18) and manufacturer's documentation
• To ensure that employees did not skip through the content, the module was designed so that the forward navigation controls only appeared after the narration of each slide completed
• Designed quiz/exam questions to encourage thoughtful participation
• To increase retention, I embedded an interactive quiz within the presentation. I also created a paper based, hand in final exam and answer key
